A lot of mushroom production is either grown with wheat, barley or rye. Instead, we use a seed and soy supplement for its nutrition and quick growth.
Our growing practices are considered organicly even though we are not Certified Organic. If they are certified, the prices could be astronomical.
The mushrooms are grown indoors, free from any pesticides and pests. They only need the right lighting, temperature and water.
The farm is grown in Lake Elsinore, CA. By supporting a local and small business, you are reducing your carbon footprint tremendously.
These mushrooms need a lot of energy to grow. Currently, we have 10 kW to offset. Yes! You read that correctly - our mushrooms are solar powered!
