Cooking Instructions:
- Pick off mushrooms into individual pieces.
- Use a high heat oil (ie. avocado, safflower etc.) and add mushrooms in a saute pan.
- Saute until desired texture and color. It may take between 5 to 7 minutes or longer.
- Add salt, onion and garlic powder in the last couple of minutes before serving.
- Add it as a topping on or incorporate it in any dish you desire. You can also also serve it as a side or sauce.
